She fondly refers to it as her “best sale ever,” even though it was the lowest purchase price in her 26-year career.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rita is a devoted wife, mother of two, and grandmother of ten. She is deeply involved in her community, with a history of volunteering as a substitute teacher, hospital aide, and Sunday school teacher in Southern California. In North Idaho, she continues to serve through church activities at St. Pius X and St. Stanislaus and is a former volunteer at the Life Care Center in Coeur d'Alene. A passionate advocate for Alzheimer's research, she has been North Idaho's top fundraiser for the Alzheimer's Association for five consecutive years.
