Jessica grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania, was the first in her family to go to college, and graduated magna cum laude with a degree in journalism. Just after graduation, she and her now husband bought their first investment property. They then moved to New York where she worked in marketing for a catalog company. After a few years in New York, Jessica relocated to Seattle for her husband’s job in finance. The Pacific Northwest was love at first sight. She continued her career working for companies like Microsoft and GM in search and email marketing while continuing to grow and manage her family’s real estate investments. Acquiring a portfolio of investments from coast to coast, ranging from single-family to condo, to apartment buildings, she has learned the ins and outs of owning and managing properties long distance.
When her first daughter was born, Jessica shifted her career to focus solely on her family’s investment properties and converting them into short-term rentals. As her family grew, Jessica and her husband wanted to return to their small-town roots but wanted to hold on to the amenities of city living. Spokane was the perfect fit. And after starting their new chapter in Spokane, Jessica knew this was the right place to launch her career in real estate sales.
When she’s not shopping for real estate properties, Jessica’s either outside pretending to be a gardener, working on home improvements, or hanging out with her family. She loves to talk dogs, travel, and food and dreams of raising chickens, and bees and taking her next RV trip.
