Born and raised in Ukraine, Julia Goncharov moved to Spokane, Washington, and quickly began calling it home. She fell in love with the area’s natural beauty, welcoming community, and the incredible outdoor lifestyle that makes Spokane such a special place to live and grow a family.
Julia’s professional journey began in the logistics industry, where she spent over 11 years building a successful career in international logistics and operations management. Through years of coordinating complex transactions, managing international operations, and working closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, she developed exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and a talent for negotiation — skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.
After continuing her logistics career in the United States, Julia decided to fully dedicate herself to real estate and proudly joined the team at CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates. She is passionate about helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence, professionalism, and care.
Fluent in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Polish, Julia especially understands the challenges many individuals and families face while adapting to life in a new country. Drawing from her own personal experience, she recognizes how emotional and complex the process of finding a home can be during times of transition.
